The preliminary round of the Programming Contest will be held on 04th February 2023 from 8.00 pm to 9.30 pm (Bangladesh Standard Time).
• You have to Pre-Register for this event.
• Each team will share a single handle to participate in the event.
• Then all you have to do is attend the contest at 8.00 pm on 4th February .

Conditions to form a team:
● Each team must have a group leader.
● Each must has a minimum of 1 member and a maximum of 3 members.
● Each team has to share a single handle to participate in the contest.
● Each team have to mention their Toph’s handle in google form
● The authority will invite teams though their team’s handle provided in form
● Students from any institution and any background can form a team.
Rules And Regulations:
● The selected participants after this preliminary round will be invited to join the onsite programming contest of 6th DRMC International Tech Carnival 2023.
● The authority will contact the selected participants of the preliminary round to ensure their participation in the onsite contest (after the preliminary round ends) via email. No reply of email within 12 hours will be treated as disqualified.
● The onsite contest will take place between 09 February-11 February [Exact date and time will be announced after this contest]
● If any kind of suspicious act is found, it may result in disqualification.
● The authority will not tolerate any kind of personal issues (Internet connection, electrical obstruction etc.).
● The authority reserves the rights to change any decision according to the need & demand, the authority’s decision will be final.
