Problem Analysis: 

• Observation: Check whether the position of the arrow is closer to the radius of the yellow circle or red circle or blue circle or black circle. 

• Solution Idea: Firstly, find out the distance between the center coordinate  (Cx, Cy)  for all circles and the arrow position (X, Y). Secondly, check whether the distance between the center coordinate  (Cx, Cy)  for all circles and the arrow position (X, Y) is smaller than or equal to the radius of the yellow circle or red circle or blue circle or black circle.
